I was stoked to have Tim visit for a few weeks. I was so lonely without him. The majestic Mt. Princeton rests in the background.
A jaunt up Midland Hill (9,556') gave us a good view of my little town.
This is Main Street. I live in a small house in the top-left corner (hidden behind a tree) and I work in the red-roofed building in the bottom-right.
A few days later, Tim and I hiked up to Hartenstein Lake. The fallen trees blew our minds. It was a stark reminder of the strength of an avalanche.
Tim, Cory (a buddy of mine), and I hiked up Mount Yale. This early morning hike blessed us with an early stream crossing.
Tim said this is a fantastic photograph and totally Instagram-worthy. He asked me to come along and photograph his life because I'm so good at taking pictures of him.
