Two years prior, I spent a summer recovering from Throat Slit Day which didn't allow me much time to explore. I made up for it during the summer of 2021. I spent 9 epic weeks doing whatever I wanted while using Portland as my home base.
As usual, I stopped by the Bowgren's for most of my stay, sleeping in the backyard or on the couch. I grabbed Parker for a Hops baseball game. The dude got a foul ball! And being the great guy he is, he gave it to the little girl a few chairs down.
I also had the chance to try wakesurfing on Parker's brother-in-law's boat. I got up on my first try! Had a great boat captain to get me some good wake to ride.
