About Me
Although I designed this website with the notion that you already know me, I'm happy to introduce myself to new visitors.

My name is Pete. In a nutshell, I'm a boring guy. I keep my apartment clean and simple, and I go to bed early and wake up at dawn. I like to stay home and listen to reggae, especially in the mornings. Traveling is great and I like experiencing different cultures. I prefer coffee over tea and I have a slight fear of running out of drinking water, so I usually have reserves stored away. I enjoy reading and learning about astronomy, geology, conceptual physics, and history.

I am unsatisfied with the popular social mediums of communication, so I decided to put together this site about some of my travels and things I've learned along the way. This isn't a blog as much as a photo-guided tour of some different places. For the sake of brevity I'll keep my narration short and reduce repetitive photos.

Most photos were taken with a snap-and-shoot $100 camera on default settings and most writing was done without a specific audience in mind. I apologize in advance if the photos are terrible and prose dull.
